  11. PROBLEM:       During the installation process, the EXECEL.EXE file does not
  12.                fully copy onto the hard drive.  This results in an incomplete
  13.                installation of Excel.
  14.  
  15. SYMPTOM:       When "double clicking" on the Excel Icon, the following
  16.                message appears:

  18.                "System error: Divide by Zero error".
  19.  
  20. AFFECTED
  21. SYSTEMS:       Premium Exec 386SX/25
  22.  
  23. SOLUTION:      Customers experiencing this problem should upgrade the BIOS to
  24.                revision 1.12 or higher.
